Showing a client the problem before you sell the fix

What a paid plan adds for ongoing client work
A tracked business gets asked every week rather than once, with ChatGPT sampled multiple times per prompt so the report shows a mention rate instead of a single answer, plus tracked competitors, a fix list with status (open, in progress, done, verified), and history. Fixes are re-verified automatically on the next run — a schema block that got added, a robots.txt line that got fixed — so a report can say “2 fixes verified this week” rather than asking the client to trust an unmeasured promise.
Reports and a portal that carry your name
On the Pro plan, a client's report and its PDF are white-labelled — no ClientRadar branding — on a shareable ClientRadar link. On Agency, the same report can live on your own domain (a TXT record proves ownership, a CNAME points it at the reports host), with your logo and colours, and clients get a token-protected portal showing the live report, run history and fix statuses without a login. Agency also adds CSV export and a read-only API for pulling results into your own reporting.
